Abstract

This research discusses the main points about soliciting
which are:
      Firstly: Identifying the meaning of Soliciting
      linguistically and conventionality, and stating its
      nature, proofs and what scholars say about it.
      Secondly: Types of allowed soliciting likesoliciting
      by the Names of Allah and his Attributes, and good
      deeds that are faithful to Allah. Also soliciting by
      the supplication of a good man whose supplication
      is hoped to be answered.
      Thirdly: Types of prohibited(forbidden) soliciting
      including soliciting by the created(whatever it may
      be), or soliciting by someone's right, prestige,
      statusor closeness to Allah, or swearing on Allah
      by one of his created,
