Abstract

The purpose of this study is to show the difference between the readings in the term "Yawlun - Mahmouza" and "Yulon" - and the extent of the influence of the rulings on this difference, since many of the mentors made them in one sense and did not differentiate between them, Which is reflected in the difference on the provisions of the submission, had a significant impact on it, and the summary of the speech and summarized that the carrying meanings on the face of reading Balhzz in (Yawlun) return to give the alliance and the words of scientists in it and its provisions is as before This reading is regarded as a certainty of the first reading, and on this view the doctrine of the most mentors, although carrying it weak from the point of view of the researcher, and the other side that this reading is different from the first word and meaning and provisions, namely the sense of negligence and default in the rights of the wife without a pact, His rulings differed significantly from the provisions of the covenant on the reading of the hymns in "Yawlun". Here, it was a matter of the problems and the importance which it attempted to study through this research, since both the words (Yawlun and Yulony have been confirmed and supported by the Quranic texts, Many fuqaha 'scholars have merely protested the Prophet's Hadiths In which he worked in the interpretation and diligence with the existence of definitive indications can be cited through the different meanings of .the Koranic readings that spoke about the submission and provisions
