This research aims to study the most prominent purposes intended by Holy Quran through its presentation of texts and expressions that potentially indicate meaning and performance. How can these purposes reconcile and bridge the gap between many conflicting doctrinal, legislative, and linguistic opinions, especially those jurisprudential views that adopt imprecise doctrinal rulings that have a significant impact leading to disparagement of the beliefs of dissenters through descriptive and inductive methodology? The researcher has found through the study that the Divine Legislator has intended by mentioning texts and expressions that are susceptible to multiple meanings, implications, linguistic, legal, or doctrinal, such as honoring Holy Quran, demonstrating its eloquence, clarity, and effectiveness, elevating ranks, rewards, and recompense through exerting effort in mastering its letters and establishing its meanings, and opening the door for independent reasoning by following its rules and foundations, testing, examination, diversity, inclusiveness, suitability, conciseness, compression, facilitation, spiritual, moral and instructional expansion, and indicating the implications of scientific miracles, among others. The researcher recommends further study of potential interpretations in exegesis, grounding and studying its principles and scopes, and the relationship of this type of interpretation to the principles and rules of jurisprudence.
