Generalization and specification in Holy Quran "Adwaa Al-Bayan" exegesis by Al-Shanqeeti as a case in point

Abstract

Generality and specificity are among the important issues in
the principles of jurisprudence, which are closely related to the
interpretation of Holy Qur’an, Many verses have been associated
with it, and commentators dealt with it in their interpretation,
especially the authors of the provisions of Holy Qur’an, And
Sheikh Muhammad had a great effort in that, as he studied this
issue in several placements in “Adwaa Al-Bayan.”, Therefore, this
research sought to study its approach to this issue, under the title
"Generalization and specification in Holy Quran, "Adwaa AlBayan" exegesis by Al-Shanqeeti as a case in point." To clarify his
approach, and to know the types of generality and specificity, the
controls and formulas for that, and the reasons for his choosing
saying that he is general or specific in some places. In that, I
followed the inductive approach to collect the points that I dealt it
with in the book, and then selected some examples to study, The
study consisted of an introduction, four chapters and a conclusion,
As for the preamble, it states the concept of generality and
specificity, Then the first topic: the types of generality and
specificity according to Al-Shanqeeti, and the second topic: the rules of generality and specificity mentioned by Al-Shanqeeti, and
the third topic: the difference between customization and copying
according to Al-Shanqeeti, and the fourth topic: Grounds for
generalization and specifications, according to Al-Shanqeeti in
some places, the most important of which is that Sheikh AlShanqeeti, controlled the general terms and the significance of
each of them in many places of his interpretation. And that
controlling and editing the general and specific chapter helps the
researcher and the jurist in controlling many issues and editing the
disputed issue
