Abstract

This research basically focuses upon the derivation and its
relation to jurisprudence essential provisions ,it aims to
demonstrate the durability of the relationship between the Arabic
Language & Essentials of jurisprudence plus the interaction
between them through the significance of derivation of highly
important essentials like :General provision ,the contrasting
concept , the truth , metaphor as well as its method regarding the
derivation ,facilitating the regulations and provisions plus
decoding it via the language ,as it was shown up in difficult
expressions to understand in particular for the juniors .This
research relied in its methodology on the inductive method, then
the analytical and deductive method ,it consisted of four main
topics: First topic: about derivation ,its concept and main pillars
Second topic: about the impact of derivation in terms of the
general provisions .Third topic: about the impact of derivation
upon the truth and metaphor . Fourth topic: about the impact of
derivation upon the contrasting concept the most important results
were as follows: The impact of derivation upon the general
provisions had two parts: the verbal & Moral. Regarding the
derivatives in terms of their stability are divided into three parts
:The flowing sources , the spontaneous sources and the past tense
verbs , the most correct is that it might not be a requirement of
keeping the meaning of derivation as the derivative is deemed to
be real , and the contrasting concept for the derived is an evident
allegation just in case the meaning of derivation has an impact in
ruling
