Abstract

The main objective of the study is to define the concept of
Al-Rabbaniyyah, present the textual evidences that highlight
the concept, its significance, types or aspects and the major
models, in the light of the Noble Quran. The study draws on
a deductive approach and is made up of the following: an
introduction, in which the problem of the study, its
objectives, the methodology, and structure are detailed. The
first chapter deals with the definition of Al-Rabbaniyyyah
and its evidences from the Noble Quran. The second chapter
deals with the significance of Al-Rabaniyyah and its types in the light of the Noble Quran. The third chapter presents the
models of Al-Rabaniyyag in the light of the Noble Quran.
Finally, the research is concluded with a conclusion
involving the findings and the recommendations, followed by
the references.
The most important findings are as follows: the word AlRabbaniyyah is derived from Rabb, and techinically means
'to know Allah and be loyal to Him'. The important of AlRabbaniyyah lies in the fact that it is the most prominant
aspect of religion, that it forms the starting base of Dawah,
that it is the way towards victory and most importantly it is
the purpose of our own existence and the way to a happy life.
Besides, it is the basis on which the Islamic civilisation was
establised. AlRabbaniyyah can be manifested in both the
means and ends. The research points out that bringing into
light the models of Al-Rabbaniyyah mentioned in the Noble
Quran is one of the most important means of reviving AlRabbaniyyah in the soceity.
