Explaining the requirement of memorizing the Qur’an for the interpreter of the Qur’an

This research tackles one of the most crucial issues that is
related to interpretation. It discusses the conditions, which must be
available in the interpreter and it attempts to present the conditions
of Quran memorization because they mostly are neglected in spite
of their importance and it is axiomatic condition for interpretation.
The researcher has started by introducing some terms in
which there are much confusion, so he differentiates between the
interpreter and the transmitter of interpretation. Furthermore, he
presents the differences between the conditions that must be
available in the interpreter and the sciences he needs. The research
also pursues the history of the emergence of the conditions that
must be available in the interpreter and the sciences he needs.
Then he follows up the history of the appearance of Quran
memorizers conditions over centuries. In addition, he presents the
most prominent scholars who adopt these conditions as well as the
opponents and elucidating the evidences and examples with
analyzing and discussing them.
The main findings that the researcher has reached are:
1. Several of scholar who wrote about the condition's
interpreter confuses between the conditions of the interpreter
and the sciences he needs.
2.Being not stipulated by predecessors for the Quran
interpreter to be a memorizer does not mean they do not
conditioned that.
3. The interpreter's conditions are established by scholar's
independent reasoning, so they are renewable according to the
era's needs.
4. The researcher views the weighting of the saying that the
interpreter should be a memorizer due to the need of this era
