Aspects of concern by Al- Imam Al-Melhani in Al-Durrah AL-Mudyah

Abstract

This research deals with aspects of concern conducted by AL-Imam AlMalhani in Al-Durrah Al-mudyah, which was written by AL-Imam Ibn al-Jazari in his book (Al-Manahil Al-Rawyah). Following the descriptive and analytical approaches, the research aims to explain these aspects, and highlight its scientific value. The current research consists of a preface, that provides a concise biography of AL- Imam Al-Melhani and his book, and six sections included exclusive narrations of readers, increases (AL-Tayebah) on (Al-Durrah), directing the three readings, drawing the Holy Quran, rectifying of AL-Imam AL-Melhani on (AL-Durrah), and his defense of readings contested. As well, it ended with a conclusion summarized the findings of the research. The most significant results are his care about three readings, its dependence on the validity of reading, and the frequency of transmission in keeping off any type of doubt.
