This research tackled the obligation of supporting and defending
the Prophet (Pray and Peace Be Upon Him) from Whoever is
subjected to His honorable position, mocked, touched, draws a
drawing or writes an article that detracts Him from the Messenger
of God’ position(Pray and Peace Be Upon Him).
This research is directed to clarify some aspects of supporting
and defending the Prophet(Pray and Peace Be Upon Him), that is
through explaining the provision on the conduct of economic
boycott of the countries, entities and agencies that commit this
crime, through explaining the importance of this boycott and its
historical precedents, the scholars sayings of it, tackling these
sayings and their evidences with discussing these sayings to
uncover what is the most correct, besides reporting that the
economic boycott of the mocker against the prophet(Pray and
Peace Be Upon Him), is an obligation issue enhancing by the
Sharia texts, affirmed by the interest , incidents and the historical
precedents , and that the saying of the legitimacy of this boycott
doesn’t depend on the guardian permission, beside that this boycott
is justified by the international laws.
As well as, that the research is explaining that the origin of the
making relations among Islamic countries and others to be
considered on the Muslims interest.
The research will tackle the provision of the diplomatic boycott,
the diplomatic representation existing between the Islamic countries
and the countries that offending the prophet (Pray and Peace Be
Upon Him), and the obligation of showing the highest level of
disapproval and denying the conduct of these countries towards
the people of Islam’ believes and sanctuaries .
