The Impact of Studying Quranic Terminology on the Consciousness of the Ummah

Abstract

The role of the verses and words of Holy Quran in its impact, particularly in strengthening the cohesion of the Muslim Ummah and addressing its problems, is highlighted. The study, "The Impact of Studying Quranic Terminology on the Consciousness of the Ummah," aims to address the challenges facing humanity today, including the spread of globalization and secularization, the rapid renewal of information, and the presence of turmoil and disagreement. The problem appears in what is the role of the Qur’anic term and its study in dealing with the issues of the nation as depicted by Qur’anic verses, so that the reader can see the impact of Qur’anic term in Qur’anic studies as well as the negative impact of its absence from the life and culture of the nation or individual. The research includes an introduction and two chapters. The first section: Quranic terminology, its importance and impact on the nation's awareness. The second section: Applied models of the impact of Quranic terminological studies on the nation's awareness, whether in Quranic research, refuting invasive terms, or identifying and distinguishing similar terms. The study emphasizes the relationship between knowledge of Quranic terminology and the infallibility and unity of the nation. It is inconceivable that true stability for individuals and society can be achieved without defining the term and restricting its meaning. This, in turn, leads to the cohesion of the Islamic nation
