Islamic law is unique in its ability to accommodate all life issues, as it extends to include the issues of the renewed time, and there is no problem that does not have a solution in Islam, which people of all kinds need; and one of the growing and renewed problems - that obstruct people's lives, and negatively affect them religiously, economically, socially, and psychologically - is (the problem of unemployment). This research sheds light on the approach of Holy Quran in treating economic problems, including the problem of (unemployment), and explaining its impact on societies, and that Holy Quran has set important features for treating it. The research included a definition of unemployment, its types, causes, and effects, and an induction of Quran's approach in treating unemployment at the level of individuals and societies, to confirm that Holy Quran is comprehensive of all aspects of life, and did not leave any aspect of life without setting a method for it; if people adopt it, they will be happy in this world and the hereafter
