"ALRESALH" of Imam Shafi'i and its role in addressing reality people of Hadith and Opinion in Iraq

Abstract

After the scientist of the Hadith, Ebn Mahdi al-Basri
requested from Imam al-Shafi'i who was knowing more about
opinions of Iraqi Hadith Scholars and about their "Opinion
Scholars" in this country, he composed a book, " ALRESALH "
and this book came to address the shortcomings and imbalances
in them, that which I tried to clarify and highlight through the
most important of this research by used the descriptive analysis
was approaching the ability of Imam Shafi'i and his success in
analyzing and probing the reality of the people of Hadith and
opinion in Iraq as if they were its people, and then treating it in a
convincing and attractive manner, addressing the mind and
dialogue, And depends on the argument for what he wants to
prove, and This has led the scholars of this country to accept this
book, and benefit from it, especially the people of Hadith, and
the latest of these results that this book is the first author in the
fundamentals of jurisprudence, and never before ; Otherwise it
would not have this acceptance and influence in a country
famous for his opinion.
