Abstract

This study aims to shed light on the semiotics of titling in Abdullah Al-Dhahwi's Diwan 'Khaljat Qalb' through a semiotic analysis. The semiotics of the title are a modern critical field that studies the title as the first threshold of the literary text. Furthermore, as a signifier that carries signals and symbols that contribute to guiding the reader towards a deeper understanding of the poetic text's content. It also reveals the importance of the title, as it is the key to unraveling the text and exploring its hidden meanings.
