Abstract

This research is an attempt to highlight the status of the Prophet’s Sunnah and its precedence in paying attention to vital issues related to humans and animals, which are among its most important principles and instructions that it called for, by addressing the hadith of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: (In every moist liver there is a reward) with something. Of the hadith detail, which required explaining its methods, its strangeness, and the aspects of combining narrations, and the hadith scholars’ classifications of the hadith, it also included a number of jurisprudential rulings related to the text, which came to explain the purpose of the Sharia in maximizing the right of animals and discovering the secrets of that legislation, with a review of the most prominent general purposes that It aims to achieve the general legal goal and benefit for humans and animals, and the great impact of achieving it on Muslim worship.
