Abstract

This research has come to discuss the jurisprudence issues related to the marketing trick – known as Ponzi Network- as well as analysis connections added to it; and highlighting its truth; were they systematic legal solutions or prohibited fictitious tricks through because of the wide applications in the current life,                                                                                                                                                 

 

following the inductive and analytical approach by: clarifying the real image of Ponzi Trick and its origins as well as its Islamic opinion.

The research has concluded to a number of results, the most significant of them were: that the basic image of Ponzi Tricks is prohibited in Islam and that its alternatives do not go far from being prohibited. The researcher has recommended Islamic Companies to get away of such suspicious images, as well as governmental and judicial institutions to work seriously in protecting individuals and communities' interests
