It is no secret that the world is experiencing a severe crisis of values. A return to the Holy Qur’an offers a solution to this crisis; however, the challenge lies in how to read the Qur’an through an educational and value-oriented lens. This study seeks to address that challenge through a practical application focused on verses that feature questions, given that questioning is among the most prominent pedagogical methods used in the Qur’an. The study selects two applied examples of Qur’anic questions and their responses from Surah Al-Baqarah. The research is structured into an introduction and two main sections. The introduction discusses the concepts of education, values, and questioning, along with their purposes and significance. The first section explores the educational values derived from the verse concerning the phases of the moon, while the second section examines the values inferred from the verse regarding spending. The study concludes with the identification of eleven educational values from the question about the moon phases, and thirteen values from the question about spending.
