Qur'an's Approach to Addressing the Nation's Social Problems

Abstract

This research aims to shed light on the social problems facing the nation from a Quranic perspective by reviewing the principles and guidelines provided by Holy Quran to address them. It also explores the foundations and methodologies adopted in presenting practical and sustainable solutions to these crises. The study covers several aspects, starting with defining social problems and their causes, then examining Quranic foundations for dealing with them, along with analyzing the methods presented by Quran for their resolution. Additionally, the research includes an applied study of some contemporary social issues before concluding with a comprehensive presentation of Quranic approach to addressing these challenges.

The research relies on the descriptive and inductive methodology by tracking, explaining, and clarifying societal problems. One of the key findings of the study is that Holy Quran provides a comprehensive approach that addresses problems at their roots and offers solutions based on justice and social solidarity. It also establishes clear mechanisms to curb negative social phenomena. The study recommends strengthening research that derives social solutions from Quran and raising awareness of the importance of Quranic approach in addressing social issues through educational curricula and media platforms.
