Qur’an and the problem of poverty

The problems facing nations, including the Islamic Ummah, are numerous, the most important of which is the economic problem, of which poverty is a prominent feature. This is considered a serious problem that threatens the stability of societies and can lead to their collapse and disintegration. It has numerous negative effects on individuals and society, including rising rates of hunger, unemployment, and crime. Considering Holy Quran as a cure for humanity, a deliverance from torment to mercy and from distress to abundance, how has it addressed this dire scourge? What methods has it prescribed to eradicate it? This is what this research seeks to briefly answer
