The study has achieved the results for the fact that teaching has to
be shared by teachers themselves in order to determine the orientations
and the approaches of needs above mentioned .
In addition to build the training programs of current nature.
Nevertheless this study would consist of three chapter , the first
chapter is tackled the study, the previous studies in the first chapter , in
The second chapter would tack the field studies, results of the field
studies and the statistical remedies related in the third chapter, where
the study is tackling throughout problematic that is represented
question.
The question tackles about what are the demands and needs
training natured in favor of the biology teachers in secondary phase
education in Yemen as appoints of view deemedny teachers and
instructors .
Thus for purposes of answering such study and be sure in verifying
the study assumptions being represented by non availability of
statistical batch variants of indicatives. Whereas the instructors and the
teachers deem to be demanded in fulfilling the training needs,
suggesting job variant / instructor – teacher / or the sex variant / female
or male / or variants of years of experiences / from 1 year to five or
from 6 to 10 years and or more than 10 years.
Herein there has been used a number of the tools, some of which
are the observation, the interviews, the open questionnaire added to the
results the previous studies.
Designing the closed questionnaire consists of 54 paragraphs over
six scopes / scope of planning, scope of executing scope of the
classrooms environment, scope of the social relationships in the
educational environment besides the scope of the professional and
career developments and finally scope of evaluation and assessment /
that are all representing the biology teachers training needs of the
secondary phase
These are to implemented to over 42 female and male teachers that
are representing 20 % of the original population that reaches in number
173 male and female teachers. This as per calculation two educational
regions that represent 20 % of the educational constitutes two regions
that reach in number 20 in Sana’a metropolitan department.
Moreover there have been distributed the questionnaire to 10
instructors of females and males who represent 62 % of the original
population that are 16 .
The remedy right here has been finalized, then to implement SPSS,
the social sciences statistical package. The average means became
calculated, the T – Test model, the One Way ANOVA analysis in
variances, the Schaffer.
Actually there has been revealed indicatives of the statistical
variances basements between what is deem by teachers and those of the
instructors for teachers of biology needs in the sixth scope // the
evaluating assessments.
Nonetheless these variances are referred to in favor of instructors.
This means that the instructors would see that teachers are really in the
much more need for training that could be deemed by teachers.
Whereas there were no variances over the other scopes per the
occupational posts held / instructor – teacher / . this is related to the fact
that the instructors as similarly as the teachers have agreed bilaterally in
need of biology teachers in the secondary phase, in the scopes measure.
moreover there have been found out variances between male and
female teachers in their own training needs in the third scope /
administering and managements of the classroom environments / . Thus
the variances would go back in favour of lady teacher. This means that
female teachers are of much more needs of training in this scope than
any other group of teachers .
At the same time there really appeared no variances on the other
scopes as per sexes / males and females /. This is because that there
have been agreed upon the female and the male teachers in own
training needs in the other scopes, while there were no variances of
indicative nature statistically towards years of, because also the
population are in made agreement with each other on needs of the
biology teacher in staid scopes .
Moreover there were found out variances as per years of
experiences in teaching in the first scope. Thus such variances are
considered to be taken towards the positive direction in favour of those
experienced right from 1 year to 5 and moreover to 11 years
