This study, titled “The Level of Health Awareness among Second Secondary Grade Students in Wadi Hadhramout,” aimed to identify students’ health awareness across five domains: infectious diseases, nutrition and general health, mental health, digital health and technology, and environmental and climate-related health, as well as examining gender differences. The descriptive analytical method was employed, using a health awareness scale applied to a purposive sample of (40) students. The results revealed that the overall level of health awareness was low, with mean scores ranging between (2.51–2.55), despite some items showing a moderate level. Additionally, no statistically significant differences were found based on gender across all domains. These findings may be attributed to limited school-based health education and insufficient practical health programs, The research recommended enhancing health awareness programs within schools and linking them to practical and behavioral aspects.
