The treatise of the Linguist Muhammad bin Muhammad Bakathir (d. 1355 h), entitled (Kifayat Al-Wa'ie Bi Shareh Mundhumatul As'saja'ei), is a linguistic treatise that specialized in the rhetorical position, in which the author dealt with the explanation of the system of metaphors by the linguist Al-Suja’i, so it came out as a brief but comprehensive treatise in its subject, comprehensive in its art, that dealt with the divisions of speech into fact and metaphor. Then the metaphor is divided into direct metaphor and metaphor, then the metaphor is divided into declarative, spatial, original, consequential, nominative, abstract, and absolute. With clear examples, easy explanation and sober style.
